If you are a RCDT User or delegated RCDT user or ISBE you can see a "Pending Sign Ups" link on the left menu. By clicking on the link, you can view all the new sign ups for the systems you are responsible for sign up approval. Approval of these users will give access rights based on user group he has chosen while signing up. ISBE recommends the user in this category to be cautious while approving the user who is requesting admin rights to the systems, your judgement can be based on the access justification given by the applicant. You can also see the number of new sign ups pending for approval on the welcome screen, and a list of new sign ups by clicking on this link.
