If you are a RCDT / ROE User or delegated RCDT / ROE user or ISBE you can see a "Preferences" link on the left menu. By clicking on the link, you can view a list of all systems where it is optional to approve documents. You can choose to approve documents or else documents will be flown directly to the next level of approval. If you choose to approve documents which is normally optional, the documents will remain pending for approval in your account. If you choose not to review any more documents where approval is optional, you can do so by turning off the indicator, but please remember it will effect only on the subsequent document submissions.
