It is ISBE's policy to respect the privacy of its users. Therefore, ISBE personnel will not edit, or disclose the contents of an IWAS user's personal details such as social security number etc., unless required to do so by law or in good faith that such action is necessary to:

• Confirm to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on ISBE;
• Protect and defend the rights or property of ISBE.
