You are provided with an Inbox and an Archive message box to keep you informed about your requests for system authorization, document approval status and any other important information that may be broadcast from ISBE to you.  You can archive old messages for your convenience.   If you want to communicate directly with ISBE, you can do so by clicking on the "Contact Us" link on the left menu.

You can also have all messages that are delivered to your IWAS Inbox automatically forwarded to your regular email address.
